Flaming Idols are altar candles featuring inspiring figures of the LGBTQ community, created and handmade by Philadelphia artist and activist Robin Markle. 
 
Pedro Pascal is a Chilean and American actor. He has become known for his father figures roles, leading to him receiving the title of “the internet’s daddy” in 2023. While he chooses not to publicly label his sexuality, he has played many queer roles and is vocal about LGBTQ rights. He has called being a TERF “heinous loser behavior,” and says, “I can’t think of anything more vile and small and pathetic than terrorizing the smallest, most vulnerable community of people who want nothing from you, except the right to exist.”

Candle is hand-poured with soy wax and burns for approximately 10 hrs. Glass votives are 2.5in high and 2in wide at the base.
