k.d. lang is a Canadian singer/songwriter who has won multiple Juno and Grammy awards for her pop and country songs. In the early 1990s, she was one of few lesbian celebrities, famous for her iconic Rolling Stone magazine cover sitting in a barber chair receiving a shave from Cindy Crawford. k.d. is a devoted Buddhist and outspoken about animal rights.

Candle is hand-poured with soy wax and burns for approximately 10 hours. Glass votives are 2.5in high and 2in wide at the base.
