boygenius is an indie supergroup comprised of queer singer-songwriters Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus. Their first album received seven 2024 Grammy nominations. When asked about creating spaces for queer joy while queer people are under attack, Baker said, “If all of the David Wojnarowiczes and Leslie Feinbergs of the world did all of that suffering for me not to live in a world where I can be so fucking gay on a big stage and have a whole bunch of other gay people here for me and it be joy, then it was in vain.”

Candle is hand-poured with soy wax and burns for approximately 10 hours. Glass votives are 2.5in high and 2in wide at the base. Each votive is affixed with an opaque sticker with an image of a person and on the opposite side, a translucent sticker with biographical information about the person. Stickers are water-resistant.
