The  Cherapy Therapeutic Heat Pillow can be used to relieve everyday discomforts like muscle pain and stiffness, lower back pain, headache, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis, muscle cramps, congestion, stomach ache, sore knees, ankles, feet and much more. Heat in the microwave or freeze for hot or cold therapy.
 
The pillows contain natural cherry pits that were leftover from the food industry, collected, cleaned, and sewn into 100% cotton fabric casings. While no scent is added, the cherry pits have a naturally pleasant cherry wood smell. Unlike other wraps that contain rice or flaxseed, they are not attractive to rodents.
 
Each pillow measures 19.5 by 4 inches, sewn into three equal segments. They may be spot cleaned, hand washed, or machine washed in a mesh laundry bag.
