Real moth and butterfly wings are encased in resin to make these unique, cruelty-free earrings. Creator Simona Dedek sources the vibrantly colored wings from butterfly farms and sanctuaries in Central and South America, where the insects live their full natural life cycle, from egg to butterfly. The wings are preserved in clear, lightweight resin using a proprietary process, and finished with sterling silver ear wires. Each pair includes silicone backings and an information card.
