This is for a 6x6 space at West Craft Fest at The Woodlands, 40th and Woodland in West Philly, on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 11 to 5 (plus loading in/out). Please read the following carefully:
 
For this transaction, please use the same email address you used in the application and parking survey. If you applied as a shared space, enter both business names below, and use the first vendor's email address. 
Choose the PICKUP option at checkout. (This is to stop shipping charges being added. There is no need to actually pick up anything.)
This payment indicates your intent to participate in the event, either on its original date or the rain date of April 28, 2024. If the event is postponed to Sunday due to bad weather, we will email everyone by 6am on Saturday morning. If the weather is bad on both days, you may choose to receive either a refund for half of the space fee, or full credit towards a future Woodlands event (not the December event at the Rotunda).
If you cancel after you pay for the space, a refund is not guaranteed and will be handled at the discretion of the show organizers. Requests for refunds within 48 hours before the event starts will not be honored.
Only the space is provided. Vendors must bring all tables, chairs and other equipment necessary to set up their booth. The venue cannot provide any electricity or wi-fi. There is a drinking water fountain near the stage area, and ADA-compliant restroom facilities located a short walk from there.
After we receive everyone's responses to the parking and placement survey, we will create the vendor map and email it out to everyone, along with detailed instructions on parking and loading in/out.
